Booking terms

Registering on this website reserves a place on the intake you choose. You will receive an email with your booking reference.

For organisation bookings, the person registering confirms they are authorised to book on the organisation's behalf.

Prices are per participant, in the currency shown. You can request an invoice or pay by bank transfer. Card payment is offered when available.

Your place is confirmed once payment is received, or once an invoice is accepted for organisations that pay against an invoice or purchase order.

If you can no longer attend, tell us as soon as possible. You may send a colleague in your place at no charge.

Refunds and transfers to a later intake are handled case by case until our cancellation policy is published. Contact us quoting your reference.

If we have to change or cancel an intake, we will offer you a place on another intake or a full refund of anything you have paid.

Course descriptions on this website describe what the course covers. Training materials are provided for your own use and are confidential to participants.
