Privacy notice

Focal Point Strategies & Consultancy ("Focal Point", "we") is a consulting and training firm based in Trinidad and Tobago. This notice explains what personal information the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Enquiries and consultation requests: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give (phone, organisation, country, message). We use it to reply to you.

Course registrations: the contact details, participants, invoice details and payment status needed to manage your booking.

Next-intake requests: your name, email and country, to tell you when a course opens. Nothing else.

The Focus Check: your answers, your organisation's size, industry and country. These are stored without your name unless you choose to send us your details for a follow-up. If you do, we use them to send you your result and to contact you about it.

We only collect what each form needs. Fields marked optional can be left blank.

Card payments, when available, are handled on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of the payment amount, reference and status.

We use trusted service providers to run the website: hosting (Vercel), a secure database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and, when enabled, card payments (WiPay). They process information only to provide these services to us.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

We keep enquiries and Focus Check results for up to two years, and booking and payment records for as long as we are required to keep financial records. We then delete them.

Information is stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible, and only our team can see it. Confidentiality is one of our core values: see how we handle your information on our consultancy page.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
